The Chinese Overseas Intel·lectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Center ha adaptat Colm Ahern, Partner en ELZABURU, Enrique Armijo-Chávarri, Partner en ELZABURU, i Manuel Desantes, Professor de la Universitat de Alacant (Spain), membre de Vic en el ELZABURU, i (2001-2008) as one of his thirty-five non-Chinese experts.
The nomination took place on December 12, 2019 un principis de sol·licitud pública, independent aplicació, i merit selection. El centre ha two main tasks: to guide and serve Chinese enterprises in safeguarding their IP rights overseas; and to help them better understand and respect the IP systems and rules of overseas jurisdictions. La nova centrada té focus en la construcció d'informació col·lecció i la distribució de canals d'overses IP disputades en el seu nivell nacional, i establir guidance i coordinació mechanism per fer overseas IP disputades per les empreses enterprises.
