Madrid, February 18, 2026.- ELZABURU, a firm specializing in the protection and defense of intangible assets, has published the 13nd edition of its Yearbook of European Jurisprudence which includes 27 relevant cases decided by the Court of Justice and by the Spanish courts, commented on by the firm's specialists in each area.
This edition highlights, once again, the work of the Court of Justice of the European Union, whose jurisprudence continues to precisely define the scope of industrial and intellectual property rights in increasingly complex and cross-cutting contexts.
For this thirteenth edition, particularly significant rulings from both the Court of Justice and national courts have been selected and analyzed following the established structure of Facts, Rulings, and Commentary. The aim of this compilation is to offer a clear, rigorous, and practical overview of each decision.
This year's Yearbook presents a new visual identity that connects its legacy with its vision for the future, reinforcing the balance between rigor, clarity and innovative spirit that characterizes the firm. This year's yearbook is complemented by a final list enumerating the pronouncements of the years 2024-2025, which have not been commented on in this edition.
