The Spanish railway engineer José Luis López Gómez has been chosen as the winner of the popular award for European Inventor of the year 2013.
La invention It consists of a system designed for Talgo that optimizes the guidance of the train wheels on the rails, and that improves the stability and comfort of passengers, especially on high-speed trains.
His selection as winner of the popular award represents an undeniable success and recognition of a professional career of almost 40 years at Talgo.
