Today, Wednesday, March 23, a large part of the modifications to the new Regulation on the Community trademark come into force. From now on, Community Trademarks (CTM) will be called European Union Trademarks (EUTM) and the OHIM/OHIM changes its name to EUIPO. The modifications introduced in the trademark regime of the European Union are not only euphemistic. But on the day when the change is already a reality, let us express a response for the OR TO ME and let's shout a long life to the EUIPO!
