Technical translations are a fundamental part of the application for validation of a European patent before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. The quality of said translations is essential so that the protection conferred by said validation in Spain is adequate.
In addition, they are used to enter the national phase of PCT applications in countries that are part of said treaty or to apply for the European patent with unitary effect.
