The validations serve to obtain protection in Spain for the granted European patent. The validation application is submitted to the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, entails the payment of an official fee and must contain a technical translation into Spanish of the granted European patent.
The submission period is three months from the publication of the grant of the European patent, with the possibility of extending it for two more months.
At Elzaburu we have more than 150 associated technical translators with whom we work.
