Patricia Salamá, Partner of ELZABURU
Madrid, May 26, 2022. Patricia Salama has acquired the status of Partner at ELZABURU, being the second woman to currently hold this rank in the firm. Furthermore, and coinciding with this appointment, she has become the Director of the Patent Area of the entity.
Patricia has a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has been a European Patent Agent since 2013 and joined ELZABURU in 2016.
He has worked in the field of industrial property since 2010 and has worked both as a technician in a patent agency and as head of the patent department in a pharmaceutical company.
Previously he worked for more than 10 years in research laboratories in the fields of developmental genetics, neurobiology and stem cells. He has extensive experience in patents and utility models, licenses and contracts and technology transfer.
Patricia Salama is the second woman who currently has the status of Partner of the firm: “For me it is a pride to participate in the exciting revolution that we are developing at ELZABURU and to join the firm as a Partner.
