As an expert in trademark portfolio management, Ana Donate advises companies on defining strategies for protecting industrial property rights. During her more than 25 years of experience, she has represented clients before the SPTO, EUIPO, WIPO, and foreign jurisdictions, with a special focus on challenge proceedings and defending the reputation and prestige of well-known trademarks. She actively participates in the negotiation of dispute resolution agreements.
