As a litigation lawyer, Ana Sanz has extensive experience defending clients in all types of matters related to industrial and intellectual property. Throughout her 15 years of experience, she has participated in legal proceedings regarding IP and unfair competition before Spanish courts and has appeared before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union in trademark matters. Her practice also includes advice on contractual and corporate matters.
Teaching activity
Professor of the Master's Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property at UNIR. She has also participated for several consecutive years in the #UnRealCampaign Committee promoted by INTA, educating young people about the importance of brands and the dangers of counterfeit products.
