Cristina Espín Martí

Cristina has over 10 years of experience advising companies on the legal and strategic management of intangible assets in the fields of IP and digital law. She actively participates in preventive advice on industrial and intellectual property matters, the design and implementation of identification plans, management, and enhancement of trade secrets, IP governance models, and technology transfer transactions. She also drafts and negotiates IP, information technology, and commercial contracts, as well as conducts due diligence processes and handles judicial and extrajudicial claims. Her professional practice includes in-house advice and training on trade secrets, copyright, image rights, corporate reputation, and matters related to new technologies and digital environments.

Teaching activity

He currently teaches classes on industrial and intellectual property in master's programs at the University of Navarra, the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), and Carlos III University. He is also a regular speaker at IP seminars and conferences.
