Arancha Maiz
As a specialist in intellectual property, industrial property, and digital law, Arancha Máiz advises companies on the legal and strategic management of intangible assets. Her practice focuses on preventative and strategic advice regarding industrial and intellectual property, trade secrets, and technology law, including the design and implementation of plans for identifying, protecting, and leveraging trade secrets.
She also participates in the drafting and negotiation of intellectual property contracts, information technology agreements, commercial contracts, and in the management of out-of-court claims. She also provides advice on copyright, image rights, corporate reputation, and matters related to new technologies and digital environments.

- Master's Degree in Access to Law and Solicitors from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM).
