Sara navarro
With over eight years of experience, Sara Navarro advises companies and multinationals on the legal and strategic management of intellectual property, assisting in the planning of trademark protection strategies, both internationally and nationally, covering all phases of the intellectual property rights lifecycle. Her practice in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings before bodies such as WIPO, EUIPO, OEPM, and IP Offices in third countries focuses on trademark law, domain names, and industrial designs. Her regular work also includes negotiating settlement agreements and coordinating legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
Teaching activity
She participates as an associate professor in different master's degrees, courses and programs related to Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies at the Autonomous University of Madrid, the Official College of Industrial Property Agents and the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Madrid.
