On June 15, the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2022 were held at the Royal Lancaster London, from which we emerged loaded with awards.
We still do not believe that we are the firm that has received the most awards in this #EMEA edition, from all of Europe and the Middle East, including an award at the European level.
We are the best firm of the year in Spain in IP in 2 of the 7 existing categories. We have the best lawyer of the year and we have represented one of the most impactful cases in all of Europe. It has been an exciting night, where our work for #IntellectualProperty and the value it represents for the companies we work with have been recognized before the most important offices in Europe. These are our prizes:
- European Impact Cases of the Year: Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne (EU Court of Justice)
- Firm of the Year – Patent Contentious (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms)
- Firm of the Year – Trademark Prosecution (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms)
- Practitioner of the Year (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms): Carlos Morán.
Congratulations to Carlos Morán for this award as Lawyer of the Year. He was the one who advised the Champagne Committee in the #Champanillo case, which has received recognition as a case of European impact.
