El ELZABURU's Annual Review of European IP Case Law is intended as a reference tool for academics, right holders, and all those interested in the field.
The Annual Review presents a diverse selection of judgments dealing with trademark, patent, design, copyright, geographical indication, piracy and counterfeiting, and advertising issues chosen by our lawyers and patent attorneys as each year’s main case law highlights, each with its own commentary. Each judgment summary consists of three sections, background, findings and remarks, setting out the key features of each case and its importance to the sector. The Annual Review is available in Spanish or English.
