General Court: phonetic differences between marks for beer sufficient to rule out likelihood of confusion, even where goods are ordered orally

In a recent ruling, the General Court has considered that there is no risk of confusion between the brands EISKELLER and KELER for alcoholic beverages among the Spanish-speaking public.
