The Public Administration in Spain is undergoing an important modernization of its processes and its image.
This is being carried out by providing increasingly innovative services to the citizen and carrying out work to promote them through the use of techniques that until now were only typical of the private sector. In this context, the adequate management and protection of innovation and the effective creation and exploitation of what could be called the “Administration brand” have acquired a fundamental role in the management of public services.
