Madrid, May 26, 2022. ELZABURU has obtained numerous recognitions this month of May: it has been awarded as the best IP firm in the Iberian Lawyer publication awards, it has been nominated as a finalist for the Expansión Jurídico Awards in the category of “Best Firm in Intellectual Property” , and will receive several distinctions at the Managing IP Awards that will be presented in London on June 15.
On May 12, Iberian Lawyer presented its annual IP&TMT awards at the Wellington Hotel. During the gala, ELZABURU received the award for the best intellectual property firm of the year, an award to which was added the award given to Antonio Castán, partner of the firm, as best litigation lawyer, highlighting his merits in this area in his more than 35 years of profession.
Likewise, the economic newspaper Expansión has named ELZABURU among the finalists for the award for Best Firm in Intellectual Property, an award that will be made public on June 30. It so happens that in the years 2020 and 2021 ELZABURU was the winner of the award, something unusual.
And at the Managing IP Awards, prestigious international intellectual property awards that are presented on June 15, ELZABURU will receive distinctions as the best firm of the year in patent litigation, in trademark processing, in the case with the greatest impact (judgment of Champagne against Champanillo), as well as the award for professional of the year in Spain, which will be awarded to Carlos Morán.
