Biography

As an attorney specializing in industrial and intellectual property, unfair competition, and new technologies, Alba has built her career at law firms specializing in intellectual and industrial property and civil law, gaining extensive experience in legal counsel, civil litigation, and criminal litigation.

It has collaborated with administrative and law enforcement authorities to develop specialized training programs on industrial property aimed at improving the identification of counterfeit products, as well as in public awareness campaigns on the value of trademarks and the harm caused by the consumption of counterfeit goods. It has also connected trademark owners with institutions and associations at the local, national, and European levels, and disseminated studies on the impact of counterfeiting on the economy, employment, and consumer health.
