Ana advises on trademark protection and defense before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and foreign national IP offices, including providing strategic advice to domestic and international clients on the protection of distinctive signs and trademark disputes (opposition and cancellation proceedings, negotiations, and the drafting of agreements). She also manages large-scale trademark portfolios for clients operating in a wide range of industries.
Her practice also includes advising on industrial designs, domain names, and dispute resolution proceedings (UDRP).
