Throughout her professional career, Catherine has developed extensive experience in the protection and management of trademark portfolios at the national, European, and international levels. She handles proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), with experience in matters related to oppositions, invalidation proceedings, and other trademark disputes. She specializes in designing and implementing strategies for trademark internationalization, supporting her clients in their expansion and consolidation efforts in new markets.
