Biography

Colm’s professional career combines his technical training as an engineer with his legal practice as an attorney specializing in intellectual property. He specializes in patent litigation, where his experience as an engineer in the automotive, home appliance, and electronics industries is particularly valuable.

He is a member of the Panel of Neutrals at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and has been selected as an expert by the China National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Settlement (CNIPA).

Education

Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alcalá.
Industrial Engineer with a specialization in mechanical engineering from University College Dublin.
Master of Science (MSc) from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
Practicing attorney since 2007.
