With extensive experience, Inés advises domestic and international clients on intellectual property matters related to cultural projects and the entertainment industry, specializing in the audiovisual sector.

Her practice focuses on comprehensive legal counsel, the legal definition and structuring of projects, the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as the analysis and compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.

She also has extensive experience in structuring and managing rights, obtaining legal clearance for content, and providing strategic assistance in the development, production, and exploitation of audiovisual and entertainment works.

• She holds a degree in law and economics from Carlos III University.
• A practicing attorney since 2019.
• Master's Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
• Master's Degree in Preparation for the Bar Exam from the National University of Distance Education (UNED).
