With over eight years of experience, Inés de Casas advises national and international clients on intellectual property matters within the cultural and entertainment industries, specializing in the audiovisual sector. Her practice focuses on comprehensive legal counsel, the legal definition and structuring of projects, the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and the analysis and compliance with applicable regulations. She also has extensive experience in rights structuring and management, legal clearance of content, and strategic support in the development, production, and distribution of audiovisual and entertainment works.
