As a biochemist specializing in intellectual property and a European Patent Attorney since 2010, Irene Gascón Escobar advises companies on the protection of inventions, with a particular focus on drafting, filing, and defending patent applications in Spain, Europe, the PCT, and other international jurisdictions. She is involved in prior art searches, patentability reports, infringement risk analyses, and patent portfolio evaluations, primarily in the chemical and biochemical, environmental, and agrochemical industries.
