With over 27 years of experience in the field of industrial property, Javier Úbeda-Romero directly advises individuals, companies, and corporate groups, both national and international, on the design and implementation of comprehensive trademark protection strategies before national offices (such as the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as on judicial and extrajudicial proceedings related to industrial and intellectual property rights. He also advises on matters concerning domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP).
Before joining the Elzaburu Firm, Javier collaborated for nine years with a prestigious Swedish multinational company, where he actively participated in the management (national and international) of the portfolio of brands owned by the various Spanish companies in the group.
