Javier Úbeda-Romero

With extensive experience in the field of industrial property, Javier directly advises individuals, companies, and corporate groups—both domestic and international—on the design and implementation of global trademark protection strategies before national offices (such as the OEPM), EUIPO, and WIPO, as well as on judicial and extrajudicial proceedings involving industrial and intellectual property rights. He also advises on matters related to domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP).

Before joining the Elzaburu Firm, Javier worked for nine years at a prestigious Swedish multinational company, where he played an active role in the management (both domestic and international) of the brand portfolio owned by the group’s various Spanish subsidiaries.
