José Ignacio, who has extensive experience in the protection and management of trademark portfolios, advises companies on all phases of the trademark lifecycle, from registration strategy to the defense of rights before the OEPM, the EUIPO, WIPO, and foreign courts. He also has a strong track record in disputes involving domain names, particularly UDRP proceedings.

In addition, he is a Spanish member of the Panel of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and of the Czech Chamber of Arbitration.
