José Ignacio has practiced in the field of industrial property for over 30 years, with extensive experience in the protection and management of trademark portfolios. He advises companies in all phases of the trademark cycle, from registration strategy to defending rights before the SPTO, the EUIPO, the WIPO, and foreign jurisdictions. He also has a solid track record in domain name disputes, particularly UDRP proceedings.
