Biography

As a specialist in the fields of electromechanics, electronics, and computer-implemented inventions (CIIs), Juan has extensive professional experience as a patent attorney. His practice encompasses the drafting of patent and utility model specifications, as well as the processing of various forms of invention protection, including sensitive matters such as responses to official actions, examination reports, and oppositions, among others. In addition, he is a member of the European Patent Institute and the Official College of Physicists (COFIS).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physics, with a major in Applied Physics (Autonomous University of Madrid).
  • European Patent Agent.
  • Court-Appointed Expert with the Official Association of Physicists (COFIS), specializing in Industrial Property.
