Biography

Specializing in legal and strategic advice on intellectual property matters, her practice focuses primarily on trademark and domain name law. Lucía assists domestic and international companies in the protection, management, and defense of their distinctive marks, as well as in the planning and development of protection strategies at the national and international levels.

He has experience in processing and managing trademark portfolios, as well as in resolving disputes in adversarial proceedings before agencies such as the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and intellectual property offices in third countries, including oppositions and actions for invalidation and revocation. He also participates in the management of disputes involving domain names, particularly in the context of UDRP proceedings.

Education

She holds a law degree from Carlos III University.

Master's Degree in Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Competition, and New Technologies from ISDE – Business School.
