Luis Beneyto
Lawyer specializing in trademark protection and defense
Luis Beneyto advises companies on trademark protection and defense, with extensive experience in proceedings before the SPTO, the EUIPO, the WIPO, and in foreign jurisdictions, particularly in the Brazilian and North American markets. He specializes in domain name disputes, both in the drafting and follow-up of UDRP claims and in their analysis and resolution. He is also a Spanish member of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Panel.
Teaching activity
He has been a professor of the Master's program in new technologies at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specializing in domain names and UDRP regulations.
