Biography

Luis advises companies on trademark protection and enforcement, with extensive experience in proceedings before the OEPM, the EUIPO, WIPO, and in foreign jurisdictions, particularly in the Brazilian and North American markets. He specializes in disputes related to domain names, including the drafting and monitoring of UDRP complaints as well as their analysis and resolution.

He is also a Spanish member of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Panel.

Education

He holds a law degree from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid.
Master's Degree in European Union Law from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid.
Practicing attorney since 1990.
Industrial Property Agent.
European Trademark Agent.
General Management Program (PDG) at the University of Navarra (IESE).
