With over 25 years of experience, Mabel Klimt advises national and international clients in the field of intellectual property, with a special focus on cultural projects and the entertainment industry.

As director of the area of Media & Entertainment and Managing Partner of ELZABURU, her practice encompasses comprehensive advice to audiovisual productions —film, television, advertising, animation and live shows— and performing arts, as well as the legal and financial structuring of projects, including tax incentives, public aid, grants and sponsorship agreements, leading multidisciplinary teams.

She participates in all phases of the production process, from negotiating option rights to distribution, including licensing, merchandising, and content exploitation. She also regularly advises companies and professionals in sectors such as print media, publishing, photography, design, fashion, music, and social media. Strategic management of image rights and publicity rights is another of her main areas of expertise.
