Maria Cadarso

María is a lawyer specializing in industrial property law, intellectual property, unfair competition, and related areas, with over 10 years of experience in our Litigation department. She has advised and represented national and international clients in defending their rights, both in and out of court. Her experience includes drafting out-of-court claims, negotiating dispute resolution agreements, and, when necessary, defending her clients' rights in court.

Teaching activity

She teaches Advertising Law and Unfair Competition Law as a visiting professor on the Master's Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
