He represents clients directly before official agencies such as the OEPM, the EUIPO, and WIPO, and coordinates efforts with local firms in other jurisdictions when necessary.
He also assists its clients in resolving trademark disputes, providing advice on out-of-court and pre-litigation claims, as well as on disputes related to the use and/or attempted registration of distinctive signs.
