Madrid, September 10, 2024.— Javier Esteban Guzón has joined ELZABURU as the new CIO (Chief Information Officer) with the goal of strengthening the company’s innovation strategy, applying technology to new business models, and promoting automation through the implementation of AI in business processes.
Javier holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Valladolid and an Executive MBA from Instituto Empresa.
He has extensive experience in the field of technology consulting for digital transformation at firms such as Deloitte, E&Y, and Indra, and has served as CIO at Previsión Sanitaria Nacional (PSN), where he led the digital transformation of the insurance business model.
Throughout his career, he has participated in various projects to identify and implement technological and information security solutions, serving as a bridge between corporate strategy and new technologies to optimize business development.
The new CIO will drive ELZABURU's unstoppable digital transformation process by focusing on the use of technology to increase our employees' efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
