Postal and Courier Shipments
During these difficult times for everyone, we want to extend our full support and best wishes for good health to all our customers, colleagues, friends, and their families and loved ones.
The measures imposed by the Spanish government through Royal Decree-Law 10/2020, dated March 29, require us to take certain precautions regarding postal and courier shipments. In light of this, we must ask that, effective today and until further notice,
(i) Please do not send us original documents by mail or courier. Please scan them in color and send us a copy by email;
(ii) In the event that it is essential to send a document by mail or courier—and for whatever reason it cannot wait—we would appreciate it if you would first send us a color scan of the document so that we can reply immediately, depending on the type of document in question, with the mailing address and the attention of whom the original document should be sent.
(iii) Although we are confident that we will soon return to normal in Spain, we expect that this will not happen before the second half of April or early May.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the entire Elzaburu staff has been working remotely from home since March 16 without any issues.
