Alba Mª López, with over 15 years of experience in the fields of industrial and intellectual property and digital law, advises companies on the legal and strategic management of intangible assets. She heads the Business and Contracts Department of the Legal Department, where she provides preventive advice on IP matters, the development and implementation of IP governance models, the coordination of technology transfer transactions, the drafting and negotiation of IP/ICT and commercial contracts, as well as due diligence processes and judicial and extrajudicial claims. Her practice also includes in-house advice and training on trade secrets, copyright, image rights, corporate reputation, and issues related to new technologies and digital environments.
Teaching activity
He currently teaches classes on industrial and intellectual property in master's programs at IE Law School, the University of Navarra, and ISDE. He also participates as a speaker at IP seminars and conferences and writes articles on IP and new technologies.
