Alba María López

Alba, with extensive experience in the field of industrial and intellectual property and digital law, advises companies on the legal and strategic management of intangible assets. She heads the Business and Contracts Department within the Legal Division, where she provides proactive IP advice, develops and implements IP governance models, coordinates technology transfer transactions, drafts and negotiates IP/ICT and commercial contracts, and handles due diligence processes as well as judicial and extrajudicial claims.

Her practice also includes in-house consulting and training on trade secrets, copyright, image rights, corporate reputation, and issues related to new technologies and digital environments.
