IP STARS 2026, the ranking publication by Managing IP specializing in intellectual and industrial property, once again ranks ELZABURU among the highest-rated firms in Spain, with six rankings in various practice areas and two Tier 1 rankings.
In this edition, ELZABURU is ranked Tier 1 in Trademark Prosecution and Trademark Disputes; Tier 2 in Copyright & Related Rights and Patent Prosecution; and Tier 3 in Patent Disputes. The firm has also been recognized as “Recommended” in IP Transactions, a new category introduced by IP STARS in 2026 to reflect legal counsel related to the exploitation of intellectual and industrial property assets.
These results mark the continuation of a presence spanning more than ten years among Spain's leading firms in this international ranking.
