Carlos Morán

As a litigation specialist at Elzaburu, Carlos has extensive experience in the judicial and extrajudicial defense of industrial and intellectual property rights.

Throughout his professional career, he has handled cases that have set legal precedents at the European Union level, distinguishing himself in the resolution of highly complex national and international disputes involving industrial property and unfair competition.

He has been named a Knight of “l’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne” in recognition of his contributions to the legal protection of the Champagne PDO.

• Bachelor of Laws from the Complutense University of Madrid.
• Practicing attorney since 1996.

He has been an associate professor of competition law at Carlos III University in Madrid and has taught in various undergraduate and master’s programs at different universities. He currently teaches a course on unfair competition law in the master’s program in business law at the University of Navarra. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and has written numerous articles on intellectual property.
