Biography

With extensive experience in intellectual and industrial property rights, Claudia advises clients on copyright matters, with a special focus on cultural and entertainment projects. Her practice ranges from providing legal advice and defining legal structures to tax planning and financing entertainment projects. She also ensures compliance with regulatory obligations, handles legal clearance of content, and assists with obtaining the necessary authorizations.

  • She holds a law degree from the University of Santiago de Compostela.

  • Master's Degree in Law from the National University of Distance Education (UNED).
  • Master's Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
