As a chemical engineer and European patent attorney, David has over 10 years of experience advising companies on the protection of inventions, with a special focus on drafting, filing, and defending patent applications in Spain, Europe, the PCT, and other international jurisdictions. His practice also includes prior art searches, patentability reports, infringement risk analysis, and patent portfolio evaluation, primarily in the fields of mechanical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, materials, and energy.
