Fernando Ilardia

Fernando has extensive experience in managing and protecting trademark portfolios for multinational companies and groups, including numerous well-known brands that are leaders in their respective sectors. He coordinates global trademark protection projects and represents his clients before the OEPM, the EUIPO, and WIPO in examination, opposition, invalidation, and expiration proceedings, as well as in pre-litigation phases before the relevant authorities. He leads projects focused on the internationalization of trademark portfolios.

In addition, she regularly advises on and handles trademark and domain name disputes, due diligence processes and trademark portfolio audits, pre-litigation claims, and the negotiation of dispute resolution agreements.
