Biography

As a specialist in R&D&I tax incentive management, José has extensive experience at leading consulting firms in the sector, which has allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge of the processing and optimization of tax benefits related to innovation projects. At Elzaburu, he advises companies on the comprehensive management of the certification cycle for Research and Development and Technological Innovation projects, ranging from preparing budget estimates and drafting technical reports to evaluating applications and liaising with clients.

His practice also includes coordinating and advising business consortia on applications for national government grants. He specializes in highly demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, information technology, and renewable energy.

Education

  • He holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from Rey Juan Carlos University and the Università di Roma Tor Vergata.
  • MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Certification in Excel.
  • Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate in Power BI.
