Luis has extensive experience in the filing and defense of distinctive signs before national offices, EUIPO, and WIPO, as well as in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings involving industrial and intellectual property rights. He directly advises companies and multinational groups on the design and implementation of global trademark protection strategies, as well as on matters related to domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP). As director of Elzaburu’s Trademark Practice, he leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the comprehensive management of trademarks at the national and international levels.
