Biography

As a specialist in medical genetics, plant varieties, and Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs), Marina has focused her practice primarily on biotechnology, chemistry, and related disciplines. She specializes in drafting and processing applications for patents and supplementary protection certificates. In addition, she advises on and manages procedures related to the protection of plant varieties.

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Francisco de Vitoria University.
  • Master's Degree in Management and Administration of Biotechnology Companies from Francisco de Vitoria University.
  • Master's degree in medical genetics from the University of Valencia.
  • Partially Qualified European Patent Agent (A, C, and D).
