Chemistry specialized in patent validations and technical translations
A PhD in Chemical Sciences, Mercedes García is a European Patent Attorney with over 20 years of experience in the field of industrial property. She specializes in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and the chemical industry. Her work includes managing and processing patent applications before various national offices. She also coordinates the entire European patent validation process and performs technical quality control of translations to ensure compliance with the original content of the granted patent.
Teaching activity
She has been a member of the EQE II examination committee and a professor of the European Patent Law course at the EOI.
