Biography

Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences, European Patent Agent, with extensive experience in the field of intellectual property. Mercedes specializes in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and the chemical industry. Her work includes managing and processing patent applications before various national patent offices, as well as coordinating the entire European patent validation process and ensuring the technical quality of translations to guarantee their accuracy in relation to the original content of the granted patent.

Education

  • Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.
  • European Patent Agent.
  • Diploma in European Patent Law from the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI).
