Biography

With extensive experience, Paloma advises on the protection and defense of trademarks before the OEPM, EUIPO, WIPO, and foreign national IP offices, including providing strategic advice to domestic and international clients, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and public agencies on the protection of distinctive signs and trademark disputes, as well as industrial designs (opposition and cancellation proceedings, negotiations, and the drafting of agreements).

Her practice also includes advising on domain names and dispute resolution proceedings (UDRP).

Education

  • Bachelor of Laws from Cardenal Herrera University, CEU.
  • Practicing attorney since 2013.
  • Magister Lvcentinvs. Master's degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the University of Alicante.
  • Industrial Property Agent.
  • European Trademark Agent.
