Paloma Querol
With over 10 years of experience, Paloma advises on trademark protection and defense before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and foreign national IP offices. Her practice includes strategic advice to national and international clients, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and public bodies on trademark protection and disputes, as well as industrial designs (opposition proceedings, cancellations, negotiations, and drafting of agreements). She also advises on domain names and dispute resolution procedures (UDRP).
Teaching activity
She teaches in the Master's Program in Industrial and Intellectual Property at the International University of Valencia. She is also an IP mentor at the Founder Institute.
