Biography

With extensive experience in the field of industrial property, Patricia advises individuals and companies—both domestic and international—on the design and implementation of global trademark protection strategies before national offices (such as the OEPM), EUIPO, and WIPO. Her practice includes representing clients in adversarial proceedings, such as oppositions and actions for invalidation and revocation before the OEPM and the EUIPO, as well as negotiating settlement agreements and advising on matters related to domain names and dispute resolution (UDRP).

Education

  • She holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.
