Ruth Sanchez
European Patent Attorney specializing in electromechanical patents and industrial designs
As an engineer and European Patent Attorney, Ruth Sánchez leads the Patent Department, advising companies on the protection and management of inventions at the national and international levels, as well as on the protection of industrial designs. She has extensive experience in drafting and filing patent applications in Europe, Spain, and international jurisdictions. She participates in patentability studies, infringement analyses, technology monitoring, and database searches, as well as in opposition proceedings, appeals, oral hearings, and expert reports. Her areas of expertise include aerospace, automotive, construction, real estate, and civil engineering.
Teaching activity
She has participated as a speaker and teacher in numerous courses and master's programs on industrial property and is currently a tutor and coordinator of the "European Patent Law Course" organized by CEIPI-EOI in Madrid.
