Ruth Sánchez

As an engineer and European Patent Attorney, Ruth leads the Patent Department, where she advises companies on the protection and management of inventions at the national and international levels, as well as on the protection of industrial designs. She has extensive experience in drafting and processing patent applications in Europe, Spain, and international jurisdictions.

He is involved in patentability studies, infringement analyses, technology watch, and database searches, as well as in opposition proceedings, appeals, oral hearings, and expert reports. His areas of expertise include aeronautics and aerospace, the automotive industry, construction, real estate, and civil engineering.

• She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, with a specialization in mechanical engineering, from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
