On June 15, the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2022 were held at the Royal Lancaster London, and we came away with a slew of awards.
We still can't believe we're the firm that has received the most awards in this edition of #EMEA, across all of Europe and the Middle East, including a Europe-wide award.
We are Spain's top IP firm of the year in 2 of the 7 categories. We have the top lawyer of the year, and we have handled one of the most high-profile cases in all of Europe. It was an exciting night, where our work in #IntellectualProperty and the value it brings to the companies we work with were recognized in front of Europe’s leading law firms. Here are our awards:
- European Impact Cases of the Year: Comité Interprofessionnel du Vin de Champagne (European Court of Justice)
- Firm of the Year – Patent Litigation (Patent & Trademark Law Firms)
- Firm of the Year – Trademark Prosecution (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms)
- Practitioner of the Year (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms): Carlos Morán.
Congratulations to Carlos Morán on winning the Lawyer of the Year award. He was the one who advised the Comité Champagne in the #Champanillo case, which has been recognized as a case with European impact.
