Isabel Gómez Patón has been appointed head of human resources at ELZABURU. Although her appointment was recently made official, she has been serving in an interim capacity as head of HR since May 2022. Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a concentration in organizational psychology, from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has worked at the firm as an HR specialist since 2009.
Before joining ELZABURU, she worked for seven years as a recruitment consultant at a multinational group, where she gained experience in recruiting and selecting professionals for various industries.
As head of HR, he will lead the firm’s human capital management efforts to engage the entire organization in the exciting transformation that ELZABURU has undertaken in recent years: “As in any service company, our professionals are the firm’s greatest asset; one of my department’s goals is to engage them and inspire them both professionally and personally so that we can continue to deliver value to our clients through the knowledge and experience we’ve accumulated over our more than 150-year history; we want to work toward building loyalty among our team by developing strategies that motivate them to want to be part of this project.”
