Mabel Klimt, nominee for the Top 100 Women Leaders

Mabel Klimt, a partner at ELZABURU and Director of the Media & Entertainment Practice, is one of the candidates to be named one of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain, a ranking that selects the 100 most outstanding women each year in their respective fields: business, art, sports, culture, politics, research, etc.

Mabel Klimt is considered a key figure in film and audiovisual production, as her team has collaborated with numerous production companies and participated in a wide variety of projects, such as providing intellectual property consulting for the first season of the series “30 Monedas,” an HBO production directed by Alex de la Iglesia, and advising the Spanish co-producers of the feature film “El Agente Topo,” which was recently shortlisted for the 2021 Oscars. She has also worked on the hit documentary series “Roman Engineering,” co-produced by RTVE, and the feature film “La Mujer Ilegal,” nominated for a Gaudí Award for Best Film this year, among many other productions.

For Mabel, “it is a joy and a source of pride to take part in this process. Just by reviewing the candidates’ profiles, you can see the immense professional and personal abilities they all possess, and by raising our visibility, we are already achieving a goal in and of itself. From there, it’s easy to conclude that, as a society, we cannot afford to let these abilities go to waste. And by making the most of them, we’ll normalize them.”
