Mabel Klimt, a partner at ELZABURU and Director of the Media & Entertainment Division, has been named one of theTop 100 Women Leaders in Spain, a ranking in which the 100 most outstanding women of each year in their respective fields are selected by popular vote. Mabel was selected in the Professionals and Independent Leaders category from among more than 500 candidates, following a vote by 75,000 participants.
This award, which celebrated its ninth edition this year at avirtual gala, seeks to recognize female talent in various areas of public life: politics, business, sports, science, culture, etc. Among those selected alongside Mabel are Almudena Grandes, Soledad Puértolas, and Samantha Vallejo-Nájera in Leisure and Culture; Margarita del Val, among the Academics; Ana Mª Lajusticia, in Business; Olga Viza, in Journalism; and Nadia Calviño and Isabel Díaz Ayuso, in Public Service, among others.
Mabel Klimt is an attorney and a specialist in legal counsel for cultural and entertainment projects. She is a member of the Spanish Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. She has served as Secretary General of FAPAE and Secretary of Aribsan. She is currently President of the Entertainment Law Association (DENAE) and Secretary of AECine, PATE, and ALIA. Mabel plays a key role in film and audiovisual production and, together with her team at ELZABURU, has collaborated with numerous production companies on a wide variety of projects.
